Airbus A380-841, construction number 097, was delivered to Lufthansa as D-AIMC in 2010. The aircraft operated as one of Lufthansa's flagship long haul jets, flying high-demand routes from Frankfurt to destinations in North America, Asia, and the Middle East. D-AIMC featured Lufthansa's full premium cabin layout, including first class, business class, and economy seating, along with modern inflight entertainment and connectivity. The aircraft wore Lufthansa's blue and white livery and provided reliable, high-capacity service for over a decade. Following Lufthansa's fleet restructuring and reduction of A380 operations, D-AIMC was withdrawn from service, marking the end of its operational career.
Designed as the world's largest airliner, the double-decker A380 was first flown on April 27th, 2005. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
