Boeing 747-830 Intercontinental, serial number 60704, entered service with Lufthansa as D-ABYT. The aircraft joined Lufthansa's flagship long haul fleet as part of the airline's Boeing 747-8I program and operates intercontinental routes from Frankfurt to destinations across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Configured with first class, business class, premium economy, and economy seating, the aircraft provides a modern passenger experience with advanced cabin amenities and inflight entertainment. Powered by General Electric GEnx-2B67 engines, the 747-8I offers improved fuel efficiency, extended range, and quieter operation compared with earlier Boeing 747 variants. D-ABYT remains an important aircraft within Lufthansa's long distance fleet.
