Airbus A380-841, construction number 031, was delivered to China Southern Airlines as B-6139 in 2012. As one of the first A380s operated by a Chinese carrier, it flew major long-haul routes such as Guangzhou to Los Angeles and Guangzhou to Sydney, as well as high-demand regional services. B-6139 featured China Southern's full premium cabin layout, including first class suites, business class, and a large economy section. The aircraft wore the airline's blue and white livery with the Kapok flower tail. China Southern retired its entire A380 fleet in 2022, and B-6139 was withdrawn from service soon afterward.
Designed as the world's largest airliner, the double-decker A380 was first flown on April 27th, 2005. © Copyright 2003-2025 The Flying Mule, Inc.
