Boeing 787-9, construction number 41167, was delivered to Lufthansa as D-ABPU in 2017 as part of the airline's fleet modernization program. The aircraft operates long-haul routes from Frankfurt and Munich to destinations across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. D-ABPU features Lufthansa's updated cabin layout, including business class, premium economy, and economy seating, along with advanced inflight entertainment and connectivity systems.
