Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, registered 9V-OJE, flies for Scoot, the Singapore Airlines-owned low-cost long-haul carrier, and notably wore a special "SG50" livery commemorating the 50th anniversary of Singapore's independence in 2015. As part of Scoot's substantial 787-9 fleet supporting long-haul budget travel routes connecting Singapore to destinations across Asia, Australia, and beyond, the aircraft has operated extensively throughout the carrier's network including flights to Perth, Sydney, Manila, and various Chinese cities. Scoot's use of commemorative national liveries reflects the airline's close ties to Singapore's aviation identity as a Singapore Airlines Group subsidiary.
