Airbus A319-153N, registered B-32M1, serial number 12613, flies for Air China as part of the flag carrier's fleet of A319neo aircraft, joining fellow Chinese operators China Southern, Tibet Airlines, and China West Air in adopting the shortened New Engine Option variant. Air China's A319neo fleet, configured with eight business and 120 economy seats, supports the carrier's domestic Chinese network on thinner routes where the larger A320neo and A321neo would be less economical. As part of Air China's ongoing fleet modernization, the A319neo represents the smallest and most fuel-efficient narrowbody variant in the carrier's expanding Airbus lineup.
