Tupolev Tu-204-100C, registered RA-64032, was originally delivered to Perm Airlines in 2002 before joining Aviastar-TU's cargo fleet in 2004, later repainted in 2019 into the corporate colors of Chinese e-commerce logistics company Cainiao Network, part of the Alibaba Group. On January 8, 2022, the freighter caught fire during pushback at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport due to an oxygen leak in the cockpit; all eight crew members evacuated safely, though three sustained minor injuries, and the aircraft was declared a total loss, marking the end of its two-decade career connecting Chinese and Russian cargo markets.
