Airbus A380-841, serial number 031, entered service with China Southern Airlines as B-6136. Delivered in October 2011, the aircraft was the first A380 operated by a Chinese airline and joined China Southern's flagship long haul fleet. It operated high capacity services from Guangzhou and Beijing to major domestic and international destinations, including Los Angeles. Powered by four Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines, B-6136 offered exceptional passenger capacity, range, and cabin comfort. The aircraft remained with China Southern until the carrier retired its small five-aircraft A380 fleet, ending more than a decade of superjumbo operations.
Designed as the world's largest airliner, the double-decker A380 was first flown on April 27th, 2005. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
