Comac ARJ21-700, registered B-3328, is one of the Chinese-built regional jets that form the backbone of the ARJ21 program's early production run, seating 78 to 90 passengers on short and medium-haul domestic Chinese routes. Developed by the state-owned ACAC consortium starting in 2002 and later reorganized under Comac, the ARJ21 was China's first domestically designed regional jet, receiving CAAC type certification in December 2014 and entering commercial service with launch customer Chengdu Airlines in June 2016. As part of the broader ARJ21 fleet, later rebranded the C909, B-3328 reflects China's ongoing efforts toward aerospace self-sufficiency.
