Airbus A321-251NX, entered service with Cathay Pacific as B-HPE. The aircraft was originally intended for Cathay Dragon but was not taken up before that airline ceased operations, and instead joined Cathay Pacific in April 2021. Entering commercial service in August 2021, B-HPE operates regional routes from Hong Kong throughout Asia. Configured with Business Class and Economy seating, the A321neo features Cathay's modern regional cabin. Powered by two CFM International LEAP-1A engines, the aircraft provides improved fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, and quieter operation. B-HPE received special "80 Years Together" markings in 2026.
