Southwest Airlines, N781WN

Limited Edition

1:200 Scale   Length   Width
Boeing 737-700   6.5"   7"

Boeing 737-7H4, entered service with Southwest Airlines as N781WN. The aircraft joined Southwest's enormous Boeing 737 fleet and has operated short and medium haul services throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Powered by two CFM International CFM56-7B engines, the 737-700 combines economical operation, dependable performance, and excellent airport flexibility. N781WN has served during an important period of Southwest's nationwide expansion and represents the 737 variant that formed the backbone of the airline's fleet for many years before the introduction of the newer Boeing 737 MAX family.

Boeing 737-700

Designed as a smaller, short-ranged alternative to the Boeing 707 and 727, the 737 was first flown on April 9th, 1967. Over its long operational carreer, the 737 has spawned numerous variants ranging in capacity from less than 100 to more than 200 seats. In fact, the 737 series is the best-selling jetliner in aviation history with more than 6,500 aircraft manufactured to date and more than 4,500 still in service with over 500 airlines around the world. Incredibly, there is a 737 taking off or landing somewhere in the world, on average, every five seconds.
