The M3 Scout Car was a versatile armored vehicle used by U.S. forces and Allies during World War II. Built by the White Motor Company, it featured a 4x4 drive, open top, and space for a driver, gunner, and several passengers. The M3 was armed with a combination of machine guns, typically including the .50 caliber M2 Browning, making it effective for reconnaissance, convoy escort, and personnel transport. Its armor protected against small arms fire, while a winch and run-flat tires enhanced its mobility over rough terrain. Despite being replaced by more advanced vehicles, the M3 saw action in North Africa, Europe, and the Pacific.
