Airbus A321-211, serial number 6004, operated by Thomas Cook Airlines as G-TCDW. Built at Hamburg in 2014, the aircraft was delivered new to Thomas Cook on March 28 and joined the carrier's leisure fleet for holiday services from the United Kingdom to Mediterranean, Canary Islands and other European destinations. G-TCDW later received Thomas Cook's distinctive "Sunny Heart" branding and was configured for high-density leisure operations. Following the collapse of Thomas Cook Airlines in September 2019, the aircraft was placed in storage. It subsequently joined British charter and leisure carrier Titan Airways as G-POWU, extending the former Thomas Cook A321's career beyond the demise of its original operator.
Designed as a lengthened-fuselage version of the highly successful A320 design, the A321 was first flown on March 11th, 1993. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
