Boeing 777-3DZER, serial number 60333, entered service with Qatar Airways as A7-BEG. Delivered in December 2015, the aircraft became part of Qatar Airways' extensive Boeing 777-300ER fleet, operating high capacity long haul services from Doha to destinations around the world. Configured with Business Class and Economy Class seating, the aircraft is powered by two General Electric GE90-115B engines and offers excellent range and payload performance. A7-BEG received a striking Formula 1 Official Partner special livery in November 2025, highlighting Qatar Airways' association with Formula 1 while remaining active on the airline's international passenger network. Designed as a wide-bodied, twin-engined airliner to compete with the Airbus A330/A340 and the McDonnell Douglas MD-11, the 777 was first flown on June 12th, 1994. A pair of the world's largest diameter turbofan engines power the aircraft which currently holds the record for world's largest twin-engined airliner. The 777 was Boeing's first fly-by-wire airliner, featuring complete glass cockpit displays and flight envelope protection.
