JC Wings 1:400 Series XX40361
Boeing 747-100 Diecast Model
Eastern Air Lines, N731PA

1:400 Scale   Length   Width
Boeing 747-100   7"   6"

Boeing 747-121, registered N731PA, was the fourth Boeing 747 ever built, first flying in 1969 and delivered to Pan Am in 1970. Leased to Eastern Air Lines in 1971 as a stop-gap measure while Eastern awaited delayed Lockheed L-1011 TriStar deliveries, the aircraft briefly wore a unique hybrid livery combining Pan Am's window stripe with Eastern's falcon tail logo, the only one of Eastern's three leased Pan Am 747s to do so. The aircraft shuttled between Pan Am and Eastern registrations through 1987, later flew for Tower Air, and was converted to a freighter for Evergreen International before being scrapped in 1998.
