Boeing 747-300 Diecast Model
Swissair, HB-IGF

Limited Edition

1:400 Scale   Length   Width
Boeing 747-300   7"   6"

Boeing 747-357, registered HB-IGF and named "Zurich," flew for Swissair as one of the airline's fleet of Boeing 747-300s, depicted here in a polished natural-metal livery. Swissair operated several 747-300 combi variants alongside standard passenger versions during the 1980s and 1990s, supporting the carrier's long-haul intercontinental network from Zurich before the airline's collapse in 2001. As part of Swissair's storied widebody fleet, HB-IGF represented the golden era of the airline once known as the "Flying Bank" for its reputation of reliability and financial stability, prior to the carrier's dramatic grounding and subsequent restructuring into Swiss International Air Lines.
