Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, registered VH-ZNH, was part of Qantas's original order of eight 787-9s, delivered to the Australian flag carrier around 2018 following the type's introduction with VH-ZNA in October 2017. Configured with 236 seats across three classes including 42 lie-flat business seats, 28 premium economy, and 166 economy, the aircraft supports Qantas's long-haul international network connecting Australia to destinations across the Pacific, Asia, and beyond. As part of Qantas's ultimately 14-aircraft 787-9 fleet, completed in 2023, VH-ZNH represents the carrier's core widebody strategy for routes too thin for its larger A380s.
