Boeing 737-3Y0, registered LN-KKQ, flies for Norwegian Air Shuttle wearing a special "Real Norwegian" tail livery honoring Alf Proysen, a beloved Norwegian singer-songwriter and children's author, part of Norwegian's long-running series of tail liveries celebrating notable Scandinavian cultural figures. As one of the airline's earlier 737 Classic-generation aircraft, LN-KKQ represented Norwegian's original low-cost fleet before the carrier's rapid 737-800 and 737 MAX expansion. Norwegian's practice of honoring national heroes and cultural icons on its tail fins became a signature branding element distinguishing the airline within Europe's competitive low-cost market.
