Aerospatiale-BAC Concorde 101, serial number 209, entered service with Air France as F-BVFC. First flown on July 9, 1976, the aircraft became part of Air France's celebrated supersonic fleet, operating prestigious services including the flagship Paris-New York route. Powered by four Rolls-Royce/Snecma Olympus 593 engines, Concorde cruised at approximately Mach 2 and could cross the Atlantic in around three and a half hours. F-BVFC operated its final revenue service from New York to Paris on May 30, 2003, before making its final flight to Toulouse on June 27, where the aircraft is preserved.
