Airbus A220-300, serial number 55122, entered service with Air Canada as C-GUPG. Delivered in June 2021, the aircraft joined Air Canada's growing fleet of Canadian-built A220s and entered commercial service on June 26. Configured with 12 Business Class and 125 Economy seats, the A220-300 operates domestic and transborder services throughout North America. Powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW1500G geared turbofan engines, C-GUPG combines excellent fuel efficiency with a spacious five-abreast cabin and large windows. The aircraft also wore special "Carter 15" markings honoring Toronto Raptors basketball legend Vince Carter.
