JC Wings 1:400 Series LH4THA172A
Boeing 777-300 Diecast Model
Thai Airways, HS-TKE, Flaps Down Configuration

Limited Edition

1:400 Scale   Length   Width
Boeing 777-300   7.25"   6"

Boeing 777-3D7, serial number 29213, represents an earlier-generation, non-extended-range 777-300 in Thai Airways' fleet, registered HS-TKE and photographed wearing the carrier's older livery scheme. As a standard 777-300 rather than the more common 777-300ER variant, the aircraft reflects Thai Airways' early adoption of the type for high-capacity long-haul routes before the airline transitioned toward extended-range widebodies. Thai Airways has operated a large 777 fleet spanning multiple generations and liveries, including special commemorative schemes, with older aircraft like HS-TKE representing the carrier's foundational widebody expansion during the type's initial years in Thai Airways service.

Boeing 777-300

Designed as a wide-bodied, twin-engined airliner to compete with the Airbus A330/A340 and the McDonnell Douglas MD-11, the 777 was first flown on June 12th, 1994. A pair of the world's largest diameter turbofan engines power the aircraft which currently holds the record for world's largest twin-engined airliner. The 777 was Boeing's first fly-by-wire airliner, featuring complete glass cockpit displays and flight envelope protection. Standard varients have a range of 4,200 nautical miles while Extended Range (ER) variants can fly for 6,600 nautical miles and the Longer Range (LR) variant is the world's longest range airliner capable of flying 7,800 nautical miles.
