JC Wings 1:400 Series LH4ICE307
Boeing 737-400 Diecast Model
Icelandair, TF-FIA

Limited Edition

1:400 Scale   Length   Width
Boeing 737-400   3.5"   2.75"

Boeing 737-408, serial number 24352, was the first of five 737-400s operated by Icelandair, delivered in April 1989 and remaining with the carrier until June 2000 when it returned to its lessor. Registered TF-FIA, the aircraft went on to serve numerous European airlines before ending its career with Albania's Albawings, where it was retired in March 2023 and scrapped in 2024. As Icelandair's pioneering 737-400, TF-FIA represented an early chapter in the airline's narrowbody fleet before it moved toward the 757 and eventually the 737 MAX, marking over three decades of continuous service across multiple operators.

Boeing 737-400

Designed as a smaller, short-ranged alternative to the Boeing 707 and 727, the 737 was first flown on April 9th, 1967. Over its long operational carreer, the 737 has spawned numerous variants ranging in capacity from less than 100 to more than 200 seats. In fact, the 737 series is the best-selling jetliner in aviation history with more than 6,500 aircraft manufactured to date and more than 4,500 still in service with over 500 airlines around the world. Incredibly, there is a 737 taking off or landing somewhere in the world, on average, every five seconds.
