ATR 72-212A (ATR 72-600), serial number 1624, operated by TAROM as YR-ATM and named "Vasile Craiu." The aircraft first flew on February 11, 2020 and was delivered to TAROM on March 11, 2020, becoming one of nine new ATR 72-600s acquired to replace the airline's older ATR 42-500 and ATR 72-500 fleet. Leased from Nordic Aviation Capital, YR-ATM is configured for 72 passengers and is powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada PW127M engines. It has been used extensively from Bucharest on Romanian domestic and short regional services. YR-ATM remains active with TAROM in 2026.
