Bombardier CS300, serial number 55001, operated by Bombardier as C-FFDK and designated Flight Test Vehicle 7 (FTV7). Built as the first CS300 prototype, the aircraft made the variant's maiden flight from Montreal-Mirabel on February 27, 2015. It played a central role in the CS300 development and certification program and subsequently became a demonstration aircraft, appearing at events including the 2015 Paris Air Show. Following Airbus' acquisition of the CSeries program, the CS300 was redesignated the Airbus A220-300 and C-FFDK adopted Airbus branding. The historically significant prototype remains associated with Airbus Canada as a development and demonstration aircraft.
