Airbus A340-600, operated by Maleth Aero as 9H-EAL. The widebody served medium and long-haul routes, providing substantial passenger capacity, useful cargo volume, and the range required for international services. The operator used aircraft of this type to connect major hubs with important destinations across its network. The aircraft combined dependable performance with the comfort expected from a twin-aisle airliner and became an important element of fleet planning. Improved engines, aerodynamics, avionics, and cabin systems made newer widebody generations increasingly efficient while supporting the continuing growth of long-distance nonstop air travel.
