Boeing 747-236B, serial number 21351, line number 323, operated by European Aircharter as G-BDXF. Delivered new to British Airways in April 1978 and named "City of York," it spent more than 23 years in BA service before being withdrawn in September 2001. European Aircharter acquired the Rolls-Royce RB211-powered Jumbo in 2002 and used it on long-haul leisure charters, including services from Glasgow to Orlando. It was later leased to Corsair during 2005 before returning to European Aircharter. G-BDXF was stored at Kemble in November 2005 and broken up there in October 2006, ending a 28-year career.
