Boeing 747-867F, serial number 39247, line number 1460, operated by Cathay Pacific Cargo as B-LJI. Delivered new in August 2012, the aircraft joined Cathay's growing 747-8 freighter fleet at Hong Kong. Powered by four General Electric GEnx-2B engines, B-LJI has spent its career carrying freight across Cathay's worldwide cargo network. The aircraft remains active in 2026, recently operating services linking Hong Kong with Shanghai, Astana, Frankfurt, Milan, London and Paris. Its nose-loading capability, large main deck and intercontinental range make it particularly valuable for outsized and high-volume cargo.
Designed as a large capacity airliner and freight hauler, the 747 was first flown on February 9th, 1969. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
