The Boeing C-32 is a military transport based on the Boeing 757-200 and operated by the U.S. Air Force. Two main versions exist. The C-32A serves the U.S. government's senior leadership, including the Vice President, Cabinet members, and Congress. It features secure communications, a conference area, and passenger seating. The C-32B is a specialized, low-profile transport used primarily by the U.S. State Department and other government agencies for sensitive missions.
Although the C-32 is based on the 757-200 variant, this model asks the question: What might a 757-300 based C-32 look like? Wearing the classic blue and white presidential markings, this model represents a ficticious stretched C-32.
Designed as a narrow-bodied, twin-engined airliner to replace the 727, the 757 was first flown on February 19th, 1982. Developed in tandem with the wide-bodied 767 twinjet, both aircraft share a common digital cockpit layout and are operated by a two man flight crew. Thanks to a proven reliability track-record, the 757 is approved for extended twin engine operations (ETOPS) making it a popular choice for airlines flying transatlantic routes. A total of 1050 aircraft were built before production ceased in 2004, however many airframes have since been retrofitted with drag-reducing blended winglets to help improve fuel economy. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
