Boeing 737 MAX 9, registered N7379E, has been operated by Boeing as a development and demonstration aircraft. The aircraft has been associated with Boeing's 737 MAX program rather than regular airline passenger service, supporting testing and demonstration activities for the stretched MAX 9 variant. Powered by two CFM International LEAP-1B engines, the 737 MAX 9 combines increased passenger capacity with improved fuel efficiency, range, and lower emissions compared with earlier 737 generations.
