Airbus A321neo, operated by Wizz Air Malta as 9H-WMR. The aircraft forms part of Wizz Air's continuing transition toward the larger and more fuel-efficient A321neo as the core of its European fleet. Registered in Malta, 9H-WMR operates within the Wizz Air Malta subsidiary established in 2022 as the group expanded its European operating structure. Powered by Pratt & Whitney geared turbofan engines, the high-density A321neo is particularly well suited to Wizz Air's ultra-low-cost business model, providing more seats and lower fuel consumption per passenger than earlier A320-family aircraft while supporting routes throughout Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
