Boeing 747-438, serial number 25067, entered service with Qantas Airways as VH-OJB. The aircraft joined the airline's fleet of Boeing 747-400 aircraft and operated long haul routes from Australia to destinations across Asia, Europe, and North America. Configured with multiple passenger classes, the aircraft provided comfortable intercontinental travel with modern passenger amenities for its era. Powered by Rolls Royce RB211 engines, the 747-400 delivered strong range and dependable performance. VH-OJB played an important role in Qantas' international operations before the airline eventually retired the type as part of fleet modernization.
