Pilatus, the Stans, Switzerland based manufacturer was able to sell over 600 of this reliable trainer to 20 nations around the world. Most ongoing pilots of Switzerland's flag carrier received acrobatic training at the Swissair Aviation School that operated two Pilatus PC-7 two-seaters from 1988.
