Lockheed C-130 Hercules, aircraft 60108, operated by the Royal Thai Air Force. The Hercules provides Thailand with a rugged tactical airlift capability for moving troops, equipment, vehicles, and humanitarian supplies throughout the country and across the region. Powered by four Allison turboprop engines, the C-130 is renowned for its ability to operate from relatively short or austere runways while carrying substantial payloads. Aircraft 60108 has supported military transport, disaster relief, training, and international missions. The Royal Thai Air Force's long association with the Hercules reflects the design's exceptional durability and versatility, qualities that have kept the C-130 in worldwide service for decades.
