L-100 Hercules, operated by Transamerica as N12ST. The aircraft served the carrier's passenger network during an important period in its fleet development. Designed for reliable airline service, the type offered a useful balance of capacity, range, and operating performance for the routes assigned to it. Transamerica used aircraft such as N12ST to connect major cities and regional destinations while supporting the airline's broader schedule and hub network.
