Bombardier CRJ900ER, operated by SkyWest Airlines for Delta Connection as N806SK. The regional jet feeds passengers from smaller and medium-sized communities into Delta's major hubs throughout the United States. Powered by two General Electric CF34-8C5 engines, the CRJ900 offers significantly greater capacity and improved economics compared with the smaller CRJ200 while retaining good regional-airport performance. Delta Connection configurations typically include First Class, extra-legroom, and standard Economy seating, giving passengers a more mainline-like experience. N806SK represents the larger regional jets that have increasingly replaced 50-seat aircraft on routes requiring greater capacity and improved passenger comfort.
