McDonnell Douglas MD-90-30, serial number 53361, operated by Delta Air Lines as N910DN. The aircraft joined Delta's unique MD-90 fleet, which eventually became the world's largest after the airline acquired additional examples from other operators. Powered by two International Aero Engines V2500 turbofans, the MD-90 offered greater thrust, lower noise, and improved efficiency compared with the MD-80. N910DN served domestic routes throughout the United States, particularly from Delta's Atlanta hub. Delta retired its final MD-90s in June 2020, ending the carrier's long association with the DC-9-derived family and removing one of the last major MD-90 fleets from service.
Please note: An optional display stand is available separately if you wish to display this model "in-flight".
Designed as a stretched and more powerful MD-80, the MD-90 was first flown on February 22nd, 1993. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
