Airbus A321 Diecast Model
Condor Airlines, D-AIAD

1:400 Scale   Length   Width
Airbus A321   4.5"   3.25"

Airbus A321-211, serial number 5118, operated by Condor as D-AIAD. The aircraft joined the German leisure carrier's narrowbody fleet for holiday services from Germany to destinations throughout Europe, North Africa, the Mediterranean, and the Canary Islands. Powered by two CFM International CFM56-5B engines, D-AIAD combines useful passenger capacity with efficient short and medium-haul performance. Condor's A321s became familiar aircraft at German vacation gateways and complemented the carrier's widebody fleet. The type is particularly well suited to high-demand leisure routes where its greater capacity provides an advantage over smaller A320-family aircraft while retaining extensive cockpit and maintenance commonality.

Please note: An optional display stand is available separately if you wish to display this model "in-flight".

Airbus A321

Designed as a lengthened-fuselage version of the highly successful A320 design, the A321 was first flown on March 11th, 1993.
