Bombardier CRJ900ER, serial number 15042, operated by Mesa Airlines as N942LR. Built in 2005, the aircraft served regional networks under major-airline partnership agreements, carrying passengers between smaller cities and large hubs. Powered by two General Electric CF34-8C5 engines, the CRJ900 provides greater capacity and improved economics compared with the smaller CRJ200 while retaining strong regional-airport performance. N942LR spent part of its career operating branded regional services for U.S. network carriers before leaving the U.S. register. The CRJ900 became one of the most successful large regional jets in North American airline service.
Please note: An optional display stand is available separately if you wish to display this model "in-flight".
Designed as a much larger version of the successful CRJ100 series of Bombardier regional jets, the CRJ700 was first flown on May 27th, 1999. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
