Airbus A350-941, serial number 596, operated by Air India as VT-JRH. The aircraft joined Air India's rapidly expanding A350 fleet as part of the carrier's major fleet and product modernization program. Powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines, VT-JRH combines excellent intercontinental range with lower fuel consumption, reduced emissions, and a quiet modern cabin. Air India deploys its A350s from Delhi and other major gateways on domestic showcase flights and increasingly on long-haul international routes. The type represents a major upgrade to the airline's premium product and complements its Boeing 777 and 787 fleets.
