McDonnell Douglas MD-11F, operated by Western Global Airlines as N783SN. The three-engine widebody freighter is used on international cargo charters and scheduled contract services around the world. Powered by three General Electric CF6-80C2 engines, N783SN combines substantial payload, intercontinental range, and a large main-deck cargo compartment. Western Global built its fleet around secondhand MD-11 and Boeing 747 freighters, taking advantage of their heavy-lift capability for express freight, e-commerce, military support, and specialized cargo missions. The MD-11F remains a distinctive and capable freighter despite disappearing from passenger service and becoming increasingly rare in commercial operations.
