Embraer ERJ 145EP, serial number 145407, entered service with Mexicana as XA-MBR. The aircraft joined Mexicana's regional fleet and operated short haul routes across Mexico and to nearby destinations in the United States. Configured with a single class passenger cabin, the ERJ 145 provided efficient service on lower demand routes, linking smaller cities with major hubs such as Mexico City. Powered by Rolls Royce AE3007 turbofan engines, the aircraft offered reliable performance and good operating economics. XA-MBR supported Mexicana's regional network before the airline ceased operations in 2010.
Designed as a short-range, small-capacity regional airliner, the Embraer ERJ 145 was first flown on August 11th, 1995. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
