Airbus A330-941neo, serial number 2001, entered service with Cebu Pacific as RP-C3900 in December 2021. Powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 engines, the aircraft is configured with an exceptionally dense 459-seat all-Economy cabin, making Cebu Pacific one of the highest-capacity A330neo operators. RP-C3900 initially carried special "25 Years" markings celebrating the airline's anniversary. It operates high-demand domestic and international services from Manila, including routes to destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The aircraft remains active in 2026 and represents a major part of Cebu Pacific's long haul fleet modernization.

Designed as a wide-bodied, long-haul passenger transport to compete with the Boeing 767, the A330 was first flown on November 2nd, 1992. It was designed as a lengthened version of the A300 and was developed in parallel with the larger, four-engined A340, enabling many of the components to be shared between the three types. The A330 also uses the same fly-by-wire technology that was introduced with the A320, featuring a glass cockpit and side-stick controllers.
