The Republic of Singapore Air Force operates six Airbus A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport aircraft with 112 Squadron at Changi Air Base East. The first arrived in Singapore on August 14, 2018, replacing the squadron's aging KC-135R Stratotankers. The fleet achieved full operational capability in April 2021. The A330 MRTT can conduct aerial refueling and strategic airlift missions simultaneously, carrying up to 245,000 pounds of fuel, 266 personnel, or 82,000 pounds of cargo. Equipped with both boom and hose and drogue refueling systems, Singapore's MRTTs support fighters, overseas deployments, humanitarian operations, and aeromedical evacuation missions.
