Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, serial number 38357, entered service with Air Canada as C-FVLQ in January 2018. Configured with Signature Class, Premium Economy, and Economy seating, the aircraft joined Air Canada's modern long haul fleet for intercontinental services from Toronto and Vancouver. Powered by two General Electric GEnx engines, C-FVLQ combines excellent range and fuel efficiency with the Dreamliner's large windows, lower cabin altitude, and quieter interior. It remains active in 2026 and operates some of Air Canada's longest routes, including services linking Canada with Singapore, Australia, China, Europe, and other international destinations.
Designed as a mid-sized, wide-body airliner and constructed out of mostly composite material, the 787 was first flown on December 15th, 2009. © Copyright 2003-2026 The Flying Mule, Inc.
