Luftwaffe Airbus A350-900 10+03, construction number 416, is a long range government transport named "Kurt Schumacher." It became the Luftwaffe's first A350, entering service in 2020 with an interim VIP interior. The aircraft later returned to Lufthansa Technik for installation of its full government cabin and was formally handed back in June 2024. Operated by the Flugbereitschaft BMVg, 10+03 transports Germany's senior political and government leaders worldwide. Its specialized interior provides working, conference, delegation, and communications facilities while the A350 platform offers excellent range, efficiency, reliability, and comfort for demanding intercontinental government missions.
