Airbus A350-1041, serial number 65, registered F-WLXV, one of three aircraft used for the A350-1000 flight-test and certification program. F-WLXV made its first flight on February 7, 2017 and participated in certification testing, including long-duration passenger evaluation flights. After certification, Airbus painted the aircraft in its dramatic carbon-fiber-inspired demonstration scheme. In early 2018, F-WLXV completed an extensive demonstration tour through the Middle East, Asia and Pacific, visiting Doha, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Auckland, Tokyo and other cities to showcase the new A350-1000 to airlines and the aviation industry.
