Hawker Siddeley HS 748, registered G-OPFW, flew for Parcel Force, the parcel delivery division of the UK's Royal Mail, as part of the carrier's fleet of turboprop freighters supporting domestic British parcel logistics. Parcel Force built a dedicated air freight operation to move mail and parcels efficiently across the United Kingdom, using rugged and reliable turboprop aircraft like the HS 748 for regional cargo routes. As part of this fleet, G-OPFW supported Parcel Force's essential role in UK domestic logistics, complementing the broader Royal Mail delivery network with dedicated air capacity for time-sensitive parcel shipments.
