The M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank is the most advanced battle tank in the world. The firepower and mobility are unsurpassed. The Abrams is continuously updated with the latest communication gear, improved armament and better IFF recognition. M1A1 Abrams is a trademark of General Dynamics Land Systems and is used under license to Unimax Toys Limited.
General Dynamics delivered the first M1 Abrams to the U.S. Army in 1980. The Abrams is a full tracked, low profile land combat system possessing a high degree of armor protection, lethal firepower, maneuverability and agility. It is built primarily from sturdy rolled homogeneous armor steel plates, sandwiched around thicker protective material. Its four man crew is aided by an array of sensors that constantly monitor the tank's tilt, the turret's motion and any gusts of wind; a computer adjusts the gun accordingly to keep it aimed at its target. With this system, the M1 can take out other tanks while on the move. © Copyright 2003-2024 The Flying Mule, Inc.
Forces of Valor's 1:32 scale M1 Abrams Tank is almost as impressive as the real thing. This large-scale reproduction allows for unparalleled replication of details, such as removable 50 caliber and 7.62mm machine guns and detailed battlefield equipment. The exceptionally low-profile turret is cast in plastic, allowing for fine details such as those seen on the hatches and welding beads. Moving parts include two opening hatches, rolling rubber tracks and wheel with active suspension, front and rear track skirts with hinges that open to reveal wheel and suspension details, and a pivoting diecast metal 120 mm cannon with highly detailed muzzle.
